How do I place an order?

Select your desired jewelry piece, choose any available options (size, metal, etc.), then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and we never store your payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please email us within 12 hours of placing the order. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Store pieces separately in a dry pouch, avoid chemicals and gently clean with a soft cloth.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, all items include a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Damage due to misuse is not covered.

Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?

We clearly label each product. Most gemstones are natural; some pieces feature high-quality lab-grown stones.

Can I resize a ring after purchase?

Many rings can be resized. Contact us with your size request for a quote and timeline.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
